Frank V. Esposito, Sr. 97, of Hamden, died Jan. 28, 2018 He was the husband of the late Annette Campeau Esposito.

Frank was the loving father of Frank V. Esposito, Jr. (Janet) of Hamden and Mary Anne Ferro (Anthony) of Hamden and the brother of John and Edward Esposito both of Hamden.

He also is survived by his fuve cherished grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was predeceased by his nine siblings.

Frank was born in New Haven on Sept. 28, 1920, the son of the late John and Carmela Esposito. He proudly served his country during WWII with the US Army.
Prior to his retirement, he worked for the New Haven Railroad. After retiring, he worked for 20 years for his son Frank at Esposito Landscaping.
His funeral will leave from Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden, on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Burial Ground. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 – 7 p.m.
