Hamden police seeking three for Christmas Eve shoplifting

HAMDEN – Police are looking for three suspects who stole bottles of alcohol from a Dixwell Avenue liquor store on Christmas Eve.

On Dec. 24 at about 3 p.m., Hamden Police responded to 1890 Liquor Store, 1890 Dixwell Ave. on the report of shoplifting, according to police spokesman Capt. Ronald Smith.

or and left in a white Honda Accord, Smith said.

Smith said that a witness provided the following descriptions:

Individual #1 – black male, 30s, 5’10”, thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “Stadium” across the back. The sweatshirt had a large “S” on the front.

Individual #2 – black male, 30s, 5’10”, 200 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “Obey” across the chest.

Individual #3 – white male, 30s, 6’, 215 pounds, wearing a black jacket.
